If there is an issue with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please notify us of any issue with the product(s) ordered upon discovery at support@cbdky.com.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original product purchase date. A new, unopened product may be exchanged for credit or returned for a refund. If you have received the wrong item, please notify is within 7 days to initiate a replacement. Replacements may only be arranged for unopened/unused products.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • You have obtained a product return code by contacting support@cbdky.com within 7 days of original purchase.
  • The product is unused and undamaged. All tamper resistant bottle/packaging features must be intact upon return.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product, or otherwise, are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping for non defective products (ALL packages MUST be shipped with a tracking number). In the case of replacing a defective product WLCBDLLC will cover the cost of return shipping.

***ALL non defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
